Refunds
No refund after purchase.
A RaQuill license is digital. After you buy, the money stays. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the paid period ends; it then does not renew. There is no pro-rata refund.

Purchase is final. Cancel keeps the days you already paid.
There is no refund after purchase. Cancelling mid-cycle does not return money. The license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Access runs to the billing anniversary.
Example: you buy Pro Monthly on 5 August. You have access until 5 September. If you cancel on 10, 20, or 25 August, you keep the license until 5 September. It then simply does not renew. No money back for the unused days.
The same idea, measured in a year.
Pro Annual lasts one year from the purchase date. You may cancel at any time. There is no refund. You keep access until that anniversary; then it does not renew.
One-time. Not a cancel-at-period-end product.
Founder is a one-time license. After you have the license, there is no refund. There is no monthly or annual cycle to cancel.
Digital licenses supplied at once may limit withdrawal.
EU consumer law can give a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. A digital license that is supplied and activated immediately may limit or remove that right. RaQuill’s own commercial rule is the one above: no refund after purchase. A lawyer should confirm the exact wording before checkout goes live.
